Today Dan and I met up with Ryan and went for a great mountain bike ride around Adam's Gulch. I believe we crossed six streams. Each time I had to hoist my bike over my shoulder and shimmy across a log. Scenery, beautiful. The guys schooled me. I tried to keep up by biking in a higher gear, then lactic acid hit and I totally lagged. Luckily, it's not grizzly country and my life was spared. Afterward, Ryan took us to Grumpy's for 32oz beers, then to The Celler; a bar underneath Dan's new office. Great times, but Ryan was far beyond my staying-out skill level. Dan and I abandoned ship around 10:00 because we're old. Sun Valley is so incredibly beautiful, and so incredibly expensive. Until the next adventurous outing...
